REACTION - THQ Nordic’s 10th Anniversary Stream Has Us Dreaming Of Red Faction and TimeSplitters

Set phasers to potential jolliness.

THQ Nordic have been on an IP snagging spree for the latter part of the last console generation, and have steadily bolstered their slate of studios alongside remastered revisits of classic titles like Destroy All Humans and SpongeBob. With their just announced 10th Anniversary stream fast approaching, all eyes are on them to tickle those nostalgia glands (eh?) and bring out the big old guns.

The dream of course would be a peak at things like Red Faction and / or TimeSplitters. Even though they’re most likely still quite early in development, a promise of “the return of legendary franchises” did not go unnoticed in their press release. It’s big words that are setting my expectations-o-meter (eh?) into overdrive.

Plus, Geoff Keighley is hosting the thing, and he always has nuggets to share. It kicks off on September 17th at 8pm BST.

We shall be watching.
