REACTION - Evil West is a rambunctious co-op action romp and we’re here for it

This town ain’t rambunctious enough for the two of us.

Unnecessarily descriptive headline aside, Evil West is creeping closer to its November 22nd release, and the latest deep dive trailer has doubled down on its pacey action and bizarre alternate setting. The team at Focus Home have made a name for themselves establishing interesting new IP, so their partnership with developer Flying Wild Hog makes a world of sense.

The fact that this bonkers looking shooter also supports co-op through the campaign has definitely piqued our interest. They just seem to be making all the right moves; a detailed skill tree, a sensibly priced retail release, and an almost 90’s action movie sensibility, combine to make Evil West into a strange but enticing prospect.

Evil West is due out November 22nd 2022 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
